We offer a 20-day return policy on your order once it has been shipped. If you intend to return your purchase, please  within 20 days from the date of shipping, so that we can send you an authorization number to be applied to the outside of your return package. RETURNS WITHOUT A CLEARLY MARKED AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE PARCEL WILL BE REFUSED. You will receive a complete refund of the purchase items less shipping and handling charges. Return shipping is at your expense and you will not be refunded for this charge.


Jewelry pieces that show signs of wear or jewelry pieces that have been altered or sized are not covered by this satisfaction guarantee. No refunds for items that are custom made including items that are engraved by us at the customer’s request. Engraved items cannot be resold and therefore are not refundable. This guarantee does not cover lost items. We, at, must receive the returning item in order to give a replacement or refund. Please be sure to insure your return packages for the replacement value as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please allow up to 20 days for us to process your return credit.
